USA TODAY Sports Predicts LSU Match Results
It’s not often that Florida finds itself a big favorite at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge. It’s one of the toughest places to play in the country, and LSU is almost always a competitive program.
But this year’s team is questioning that a lot. It’s 3-3, and they’ll likely be underdogs in up to five of his remaining games. It can be a battle for this Tigers team to even make it a bowl game, and the USA TODAY Sports college football staff aren’t giving them much of a chance to win this one.
A panel of Scooby Axson, Jace Evans, Paul Myerburg, Erick Smith, Eddie Timanus and Dan Wolken unanimously picked the Gators to beat LSU on Saturday at Death Valley, a stadium where he last won in 2016. This game was also the last noon EDT kickoff of the series, and Florida is hoping to recreate that result this time around.
The Tigers are desperate for a win, but the Gators compare well to this team and should be in a good position to face Georgia at 5-2.
