Roll Tide Wire Staff Forecast for Bama-Georgia
Alabama and Georgia will meet on Monday night for the national college football playoff championship. The two teams met just over a month ago as the Tide beat the Bulldogs 41-24 for the SEC Championship.
As we get closer to the kickoff, it’s time for the staff at Roll Tide Wire to offer our predictions for the Championship competition.
We’ll take a look!

It all comes down to this game. Of course, the two teams faced off just over a month ago, so one would assume they hit it off. I do not believe this is the case. Nick Saban knows how to prepare for all possible scenarios and probably has a trick or two up for grabs. Bryce Young has improved in every game he’s played this season. Expect more from Heisman’s winning quarterback in the final game of the season. Oh, and Crimson Tide’s defense is still a dominant force that the Bulldogs’ offense will have to go through.
Alabama 31, Georgia 24
The big matches are most often won by the big quarterbacks. Alabama has their playmaker quarterback in Heisman Trophy winner Bryce Young. Not only do Alabama have the advantage under center, but they also have the advantage on the sidelines with Nick Saban. Give me ‘Bama!
Alabama 31, Georgia 20
Who would have thought that this is where we would be for a “down” year? SEC champions and competing for another national title. The best offense will win on Monday, and the best offense is Alabama.
Alabama 34, Georgia 17
