Player rating of Marcus Freeman in NCAA Football video game

Full Disclosure I was born the same month as Marcus Freeman. As he travels in private jets cruising the nation to recruit the best football talent at Notre Dame, I’m sitting here writing about it.
I may have other responsibilities but for effect let us quote only this one.
Being the same age as Freeman, I can assume that part of our college experiences were at least somewhat the same. Being 35 meant being in college during what was the heyday of EA Sports’ old NCAA Football video game. My university, Division III North Central College, was unfortunately not in the game (Kam Kniss would have been a 99 if they had been) but the state of Ohio obviously was.
So how much did the video game say Freeman was a gamer?
NCAA Football ’09 (which was based on the 2008 season) ranked Marcus Freeman, or Ohio State’s No.1 ROLB, because his name was in the game, as follows:
Total: 96
Speed: 87
Strength: 80
Agility: 86
Acceleration: 92
Consciousness: 84
The 96 overall is clearly screaming at stud, but this 84 for awareness is a bit of a concern for someone who’s supposed to be a head football coach someday (I really hope the sarcasm police show up there. ).
If you’re curious, Freeman’s 96 tally wasn’t even the best for an Ohio State linebacker that year, as James Laurinaitis was one of two players to get an overall 99 in the league. match, joining Tim Tebow.
Now, about updating this game and correctly compensated players …
