Ahead of the upcoming NFL Draft, some of the best college football players in the country are looking to show they have what it takes to play at the top level as the annual NFLPA Collegiate Bowl is set to take place at the Rose Bowl on Saturday.

While “can’t miss” prospects have the option to wait for the NFL Combine, some of the top players who are going under the radar want to increase their draft stash by taking on others looking to show off their skills.

Mike Caliendo is one of those players, and he’s looking to show NFL scouts that he can be one of the best offensive linemen in the upcoming draft. After a successful career at Western Michigan University, Caliendo appears to be the first Kalamazoo school lineman to be drafted since Chukwuma Okorafor was selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2018.

He will be joined on the national team by Central Michigan wide receiver Kalil Pimpleton and Michigan Wolverine linebacker Joshua Ross.

Another offensive lineman looking to make a name for himself is Michigan State tackle Anthony Acuri, who appears to be part of an MSU class who are the first Spartans to be selected in the draft in two years.
